Rufty-Peedin restored a commercial building in Raleigh for Auto Interiors & Tops. When the owners came to us in 2017, the building was in very rough condition. An article in the ITB Insider showed the early stages of this design-build project and the original condition of the building.

Built in the 1950s, the building’s original purpose was as a grocery. With a vision for the future, the newly restored facility offers Auto Interiors & Tops room to expand.
