RALEIGH, N.C. – Rufty-Peedin Design Builders has launched its new website on the heels of celebrating its first anniversary. The commercial contractor is a partnership between celebrated custom luxury homebuilder Jon Rufty, and one of the area’s original commercial design-builders Steven Peedin. As forefathers of sustainable construction with more than 50 years of combined experience, Rufty-Peedin specializes in design-build construction of churches, medical, office, industrial and retail buildings in the Triangle. The website was created by the team at Misner & Associates Public Relations.
“Jon Rufty and I recently talked about the wave of emotions in celebrating our first year as partners,” said Steven Peedin, co-founder and president of Rufty-Peedin Design Builders. “Our website conveys the personal attention and value we bring when working with area businesses and community organizations.”
Rufty has a long history of personal service and construction innovation as the largest and most decorated custom, luxury homebuilder in the Triangle. Peedin was among the area’s first to use design-build as a commercial construction management process more than 30 years ago. His vast experience includes more than 350 commercial buildings that have established a legacy for excellence on the Triangle landscape.
In the process of navigating year one, Rufty-Peedin has successfully exploited the challenging construction environment to advocate for the benefits and cost efficiencies of using design-build in commercial construction.
