Auto Interiors & Tops has moved into their new flex facility in Raleigh, completing one of the more remarkable restoration projects in Rufty-Peedin history. The ITB Insider scooped the initial stages of this design-build project last year, and you can see from the article the building’s rough condition as recent as last year.
This restoration project is a great example of a Raleigh business turning to Rufty-Peedin for help in renovating a dilapidated building. Formerly a grocery store built in the 1950s, it had good bones and offered the owners’ reupholstery business room to grow. This exciting redevelopment has transformed the building into a state-of-the-art facility.
