Thanks to terrific weather and a fabulous team of tradesmen, Atlantic Tire & Service is rising rapidly at 3001 Wakefield Crossing in Raleigh. We broke at the end of May 2017 and have cruised ahead of schedule toward completion here early in the new year.
How fun is this sneak peek into our new office space? This is a very personal commercial build-out for both our colleagues at Rufty Homes as well as our own headquarters. Our friend James Borden at the ITB Insider writes a terrific summary of local Development Beat news. He recently scooped our design-build project underway with Auto Interiors & Tops. This is a terrific example of a cherished Wake County business turning to Rufty-Peedin. We helped the owners find a unique building on Wilmington St. in Raleigh to relocate their reupholstery business. Formerly a grocery built in the 1950s, it has historic character and offers space to grow. As you can see, it’s a major redevelopment that we’re excited to begin transforming into a state-of-the-art facility.
We recently completed our time-lapse aerial videography showcasing construction of Capital Boulevard Storage. Watch progress as we construct the most eco-friendly storage facility in North Carolina, complete with more than 2,000 solar panels.
