ITB Insider Covers Rufty-Peedin Project Kickoff For Auto Interiors & Tops

Our friend James Borden at the ITB Insider writes a terrific summary of local Development Beat news. He recently scooped our design-build project underway with Auto Interiors & Tops. This is a terrific example of a cherished Wake County business turning to Rufty-Peedin. We helped the owners find a unique building on Wilmington St. in Raleigh to relocate their reupholstery business. Formerly a grocery built in the 1950s, it has historic character and offers space to grow. As you can see, it’s a major redevelopment that we’re excited to begin transforming into a state-of-the-art facility.
